What is Performance Polymers?

Founded in 2008, Performance Polymers Group is a specialist organisation developing high performance inorganic protective coating systems primarily for industrial, construction and infrastructure market sectors. Located in the Netherlands, Performance Polymers distribute through a global network. Whether a protective coating product is supplied from Melbourne, Europe, Asia or the US, the quality is guaranteed to be identical. Local service assures quick delivery of factory-fresh products at competitive prices.

What are the applications for Performance Polymers protective coatings?

The Performance Polymersprotective coating range had diverse applications. Sectors include oil and gas, chemical, refining, power, offshore, industrial, LNG, marine, construction, manufacturing, OEM, maintenance, cement, mining, breweries, paper and pulp mills, sugar refineries, infrastructure, storage tanking, roofing and more. Is it true that Performance Polymers coatings can withstand temperatures up to 650 degrees Celsius?

The Performance Polymers Thermaguard™ coating range has been extensively tested throughout laboratory and field conditions in various applications and temperature ranges from as low as -196 to as high as 650°C. Performance Polymers new technologies and diverse functions are widely used in industrial sectors including oil and gas, chemical, offshore, power, refining, mining, LNG, marine, cement and generic processing.

Thermaguard™ CUI 650

Thermaguard™ CUI 650 is a single component, full ambient cure, Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) coating for temperatures operating from -196 to 650°C. It is a third generation polysiloxane coating which eliminates the necessary heat curing process prior to service.

Thermaguard™ CUI 300

Designed to endure degradative environments found under insulation systems in cyclic temperature service, Thermaguard™ CUI 300 is a single component, full ambient cure, Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) coating for temperatures operating from -196 to 300°C. It is a third generation polysiloxane coating which eliminates the necessary heat curing process prior to service.

Thermaguard™ TC 1200

Thermaguard™ TC 1200 is a single component, ambient cure polysiloxane finish offering colour stability from -196 to 650°C. The inorganic chemistry results in high colour stability, temperature, UV and weathering resistance. Thermaguard™ TC 1200 can be applied over Thermaguard™ anti-corrosion coatings as a heat resistant system.

Thermaguard™ SAL 600

Thermaguard™ SAL 600 is a polysiloxane aluminium anti-corrosion coating for exterior exposed assets. Designed for operating throughout -196 to 600°C temperatures in DTM/finish applications, it features an inorganic polymeric metallic finish and a single component, ambient curing coating system.

Thermaguard™ TIC 180

Thermaguard™ TIC 180 is a ceramic filled acrylic Thermal Insulation Coating (TIC) system. Its seamless insulating coating layer gives personnel protection according to ISO 13732-1, while offering high build capabilities up to 1000µm DFT, low VOC and high weathering resistance. Thermaguard™ TIC 180 forms a monolithic structure and thus prevents corrosion causing factors.

Thermaguard™ TIC 400

Thermaguard™ TIC 400 is a ceramic filled polysiloxane, Thermal Insulation Coating (TIC). The insulation coating system can operate between -60 to 400°C temperatures in excessive cyclic programs. Low thermal conductivity properties and ultra-high-build capabilities (>20000µm DFT) allows replacement of traditional insulation and cladding materials.
